Veikindatilkynningar á prófatíma - Sickness during exams

Veikindi á prófdegi verður að tilkynna samdægurs, fyrir kl. 14:00, í gegnum Innu. Nauðsynlegt er að tilgreina heiti áfangans í athugasemd.

• Nemendur eldri en 18 ára skrá þau sjálf í gegnum sína Innu.
• Nemendur yngri en 18 ára geta ekki sjálfir skráð veikindi í Innu.
• Forráðamenn nemenda yngri en 18 ára skrá veikindi í gegnum sína Innu á sama hátt og þau hafa gert í vetur.

Í lok hvers prófdags fer prófstjóri yfir skráðar veikindatilkynningar í Innu, staðfestir þær og veitir upplýsingar um sjúkraprófstíma.  Staðfestingin sést í Innu viðkomandi nemenda og forráðamanna og kemur einnig fram í tölvupósti.  Prófstjóri hefur netfangið profstjori@mh.is og er með viðtalstíma milli 10 og 11 alla daga.

Til viðbótar þurfa nemendur 18 ára og eldri að mæta með læknisvottorð í sjúkraprófið til staðfestingar á veikindum sínum.  Nemendur 18 ára og yngri þurfa þess ekki.

Nemendur sem eru forfallaðir af öðrum orsökum en veikindum þurfa að hafa samband við skrifstofu skólans í síma 595-5200.

Á prófatímabilinu er prófstjóri er með viðtalstíma milli 10 og 11 virka daga og er staðsettur í stofu 38.  Símaviðtalstími er milli 10:30 og 11:00, S:5955200.

Sickness on the day of the exam must be reported on the same day, before 14:00, through Inna. It is necessary to specify the name of the course in a comment.

• Students under the age of 18 cannot register for an illness in Inna themselves.

At the end of each day, the sickness notifications in Inna will be confirmed and information provided on the sick leave period. The confirmation is shown in Inna of the relevant students and guardians is also emailed. The examination supervisor has the email profstjori@mh.is and he has consultation hours between 10 am and 11 am every day.

In addition, students aged 18 and over need to attend a medical certificate in the sickness test to confirm their illness. Students 18 years and younger do not need it.

IB Candidates (IB2 students) registered for the IB final examination session need to contact Soffia, the IB DP Coordinator if they are sick
